Specialty Areas
Speech Sound Disorders
We specialize in both articulation and phonological disorders. Has your child been in therapy for years with little to no progress? We have years of experience working with complex speech disorders ranging from sound R to severe phonological disorders.
Social/Emotional Language
Turn-taking goals are out. Following your child's lead is in. Our mission is to help your child make social and emotional growth by using a naturalistic approach that encompasses their interest and social desires.
Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)
AAC is not one size fits all. Therefore, we will trial a variety of programs to determine which is the best fit for you child. We ensure families feel competent using their child's device outside of therapy sessions.
Gestalt Language Processing
Gestalt language processing (GLP) is a language development method where children learn the meaning of words through phrases, or "chunks", that include the word. Neurodivergent GLPs pick up gestalts from emotional experiences as well as songs, TV shows, and movies. We use child-led therapy and parent training to understand and use your child's gestalts to expand their communication.
Ready to elevate?
Step 1. Free Consultation
Schedule a free consultation today to discuss your concerns and determine if an evaluation is recommended.
Step 2. Initial Evaluation
We use information from the initial consultation as well as any other paperwork provided by caregivers to design a comprehensive speech and/or language evaluation. Assessment results will determine if a speech or language disorder is present.
Step 3. Therapy
Within 2 weeks of the evaluation, parents will receive a care plan outlining therapy goals and frequency of sessions. We offer individualized 1:1 therapy sessions that are in-home or clinic-based. Therapy settings are based on the client's needs and therapist availability.
